Just so people know Islam2008 has completely twisted the bible quotes they have made & turned it into something completely wrong.
If anyone is interested in the real translations of these "quotes", check out http://www.biblegateway.com/ and see the real thing. Here are a few examples.
Hebrews 3:12 "See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God." In other words keep your heart free of sin.
Romans 8:33 "Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies." None but God will judge both those who are believers and those who are not - it is not for us to judge.
I'll admit I don't fully understand the passage from 1 Kings 13:1-2.
Mark 10:14 "When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these." Jesus was saying that unless your faith in something is that of a child, you will not enter Heaven.
Numbers 31:7 "They fought against Midian, as the LORD commanded Moses, and killed every man" Dunno what that has to do with pedophilia.
Numbers 31:17-18 "Now kill all the boys. And kill every woman who has slept with a man, but save for yourselves every girl who has never slept with a man." This command was issued by God after Moses' army did not follow the commandments of the Lord but instead violated them. Basic outline is that the Israelites set out to destroy the Midianites at God's command since they had been following many evil pratices, but they did not do as commanded by the Lord and as a result they were told what to do with the women etc that they were going to take home with them. There isn't anything that mentions "3yr old children."
Read the quote in http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Numbers%2031:%2025-40;&version=64; for Numbers 31:25-40 - it only talks in one instance of the virgin women who were allowed to be courted etc by the men of the army since they had not sinned by sleeping with someone outside of marriage.
I've rambled on here for too long - but for anyone who is uncertain about religion etc, don't let Islam2008 cloud your views. Get the facts before making a decision.
